Detroit, Michigan Area ( Monthly meetings, Satsanghs )

We meet every month on Saturday or Sunday from 10.30 a.m.to 12.30 a.m. EST. Here is the satsangh format:

Recitation of

• Arunachala Mahatmiyam - 5 minutes
• Aksharamanamalai - 20 minutes
• Upadesa Saram - 5 minutes
• Arunachala Pancharatnam - 3 minutes
• Reading on or by works of Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharishi 20-25 minutes
• Silent Meditation - 10 minutes
• Sri Ramana Sathguru or Saranagathi - 20/10 minutes
• Arati (expression of gratitude) with group chanting/singing Arati songs

Satsangs are in-person held in devotees' homes. A sumptuous vegetarian lunch is served to all attendees. All are welcome.

Special Occasions

From 2026 we will be celebrating Sri Ramana Maharshi’s Jayanti (Birthday in January), Aradhana (Samadhi in April/May) and Advent at Arunachala (September) each year. A sumptuous vegetarian lunch will be served to all attendees.
